本文通过在水中加入不同量的冰醋酸来改变溶液的pH值,研究了溶液的pH值对钛酸四丁酯水解生成TiO2的影响。结果表明,钛酸四丁酯水解的产物均为TiO2微球构成的团聚体。随着溶液pH值的增大,所制备的TiO2结晶程度变好。TiO2微球的粒度对光催化初期的光催化效率影响较大。
Abstract:Different amounts of acetic acid were added to adjust the pH value of water in which tetrabutyl titanate hydrolyzed.The influence of pH on the hydrolysis product of tetrabutyl titanate was studied.The results show aggregates of TiO2 microspheres were obtained irrespective of the pH.However,the crystallinity of TiO2 was improved with increasing pH.The size of the TiO2 microspheres has influence on the initial photocatalytic efficiency of the product.
