摘要：
碳化硅陶瓷以优异的高温力学性能以及优良的耐化学腐蚀性能得到了越来越广泛的应用,本文重点介绍了碳化硅陶瓷的烧结工艺以及性能特点等。
Abstract：Silicon carbide ceramics have been widely used because of their excellent mechanical properties in high temperature.In this paper the fabricating methods and mechanical properties of various SiC ceramics are reviewed.
